At BWARE™, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from https://bware.in can be returned or refunded.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear, stains, or odors

⚠️ Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for the return
  4. Attach images (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:
    • A defective product
    • A damaged product
    • An incorrect item delivered
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

Currently, BWARE™ does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product:

  • Please return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order separately

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the issue along with your Order ID

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
